Patricia Ann Long, born January 28, 1957, was called home on December 22, 2025. Patricia was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Her life touched many, and she will be remembered with love, respect, and gratitude by all who knew her. Patricia was known for her funny, sweet, and caring personality. She enjoyed fishing and cooking, took pride in caring for others, and especially loved family get-togethers, where her warmth and laughter brought people together. Patricia Ann Long was preceded in death by her parents, Lizzie M. Long and John D. Long, and by her siblings Dave Long, Daisy Long, John Long, Jr., Thomas Sinclair, Robert “Sonny” Sinclair, and John H. Sinclair.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory her beloved son, Andra (Peaty) Dwayne Long, and his wife, Jessica Long; her grandchildren, Samariyah Smith and Shukerial Lambert; and her great-grandson, Devonte. She is also survived by her siblings Roger Sinclair; Leon Long (Lynn); Billy Long (Denise); Shirley Long; Martha Womack (Frank); Mary Long; Corean Beamon; Dessie Brumfield; and Sharan Long (Gerald), along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Patricia’s family takes comfort in their faith and in knowing she is at peace. Patricia Ann Long will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
