It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Tammy Patrick on

January 1, 2026.

She was born in Sycamore IL on November 1, 1964.

She relocated to Henderson, TN with her young family.

She retired from Delta Faucet after many years of faithful service.

She enjoyed yard work and cultivating flowers, which helped keep her grounded and brought joy to many others.

Tammy never met a stranger; she lovingly brought you into her world and you were the better for it!

She was preceded in death by her parents Roberta and William

(Bill) Patrick. She is survived by her brother William Patrick Jr, her

precious daughter Brianna Phelps and her father Jeffery Phelps, and her

beloved fur babies Riley and Charleigh. Comfort is taken in knowing

that she is no longer suffering and is at peace. Memories of Tammy

will be cherished forever and she will be deeply missed.
